I build AI products
that make it to production.
I'm a CTO and AI engineer working on SEOwind.io, an AI content platform used by real customers. This is my personal site for consulting, advisory, and hands-on engineering work with teams building serious software.
Services
Where I can help
The best fit is a team that needs senior technical ownership, not a layer of account management between the problem and the person solving it.
AI Engineering
LLM features that survive real users: multi-agent workflows, retrieval, evaluation loops, background jobs, and cost controls. I have shipped Claude, GPT-4o, and Gemini inside production systems where latency and output quality both matter.
CTO as a Service
Architecture, product tradeoffs, technical roadmap, hiring signals, and delivery discipline for teams that need senior judgment before they need another full-time executive.
Full-Stack SaaS
End-to-end product development across fintech, healthcare, content, and analytics. I build the boring critical parts too: auth, queues, dashboards, integrations, observability, and deployment paths.
About
Who you work with
I'm Kunal Bharti, a software engineer, AI architect, and CTO based in Delhi. I've been building software professionally since 2016, and have spent the last 5 years as an independent contractor working with EU and US companies.
Currently CTO at SEOwind.io, where I lead technical strategy and product development for an AI content platform: designing multi-agent systems, integrating Claude, GPT-4o, and Gemini, and shipping production features with real-time data integration.
Before that: fintech analytics dashboards, AI healthcare chatbots, LLM benchmarking tools, and GPT-NeoX model training on Hindi datasets. I've built across the stack and across industries. When I take on outside work, I keep it direct: no handoffs, no padded process, just senior technical ownership close to the problem.
